Founded in 2005 by old childhood friends, Sébastien Kopp and François Morillion, the sustainable Paris-based label takes its name from the Portuguese word meaning ‘to look’ urging consumers to look beyond the aesthetic sneakers and at how they're made. The duo continues to create a range of socially responsible sneakers through the use of organic cotton, vegan leathers, and fair trade sourcing.
